- Ability to document work with timestamped before, during, and after photographs.
- Reliable response to dispatch within 24–48 hours inside your declared territory.

How quickly will I hear back after applying?
Our vendor sourcing desk reviews every complete application within 2 business days. If your trade and territory match an active need, we will reach out to verify your license and insurance documents and begin onboarding immediately.
What insurance coverage do I need to qualify?
At minimum, active General Liability coverage with a $1,000,000 per-occurrence limit, plus Workers Compensation for all field personnel (or a valid state exemption filing). Certificates must name Pro Care Property Management LLC as certificate holder once you are approved.
How and when do I get paid?
Payment cycles run Net 7 to 14 days from verified completion. Once your closeout package — itemized invoice plus timestamped before/after photos — clears our audit review, payment is released on the next disbursement run.
Am I required to accept every work order?
No. There is no obligation to accept dispatched orders. We ask only that you respond promptly so we can reroute to another crew if you are at capacity. Consistent responsiveness increases the volume routed to you.
Which regions are you actively sourcing in?
Our primary metros are Texas, Georgia, and Missouri, with active hubs in New York, Pennsylvania, Massachusetts, California, Arizona, North Carolina, and South Carolina. We are expanding into New Hampshire, Florida, New Jersey, Ohio, and Nevada — applications from those markets are welcome.
Is there a fee to join the network?
No. There is no application fee and no ongoing membership cost. We make our margin on the client side of the work order, not from our contractor network.
